Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Gardener / Landscape Helper to join our growing commercial landscaping team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to learn the horticulture and landscaping trade from the ground up.

You will assist with day-to-day landscaping activities and receive hands-on training in all aspects of horticulture and landscape maintenance. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape maintenance and gardening tasks

• Support daily operations of a commercial landscaping crew

• Learn horticulture practices and plant care

• Help with planting, trimming, cleanup, and property upkeep

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• Must be available to work between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $14.50 per hour

• 1 week paid vacation after one year of employment

• 6 paid holidays per year

• 3 personal days

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to perform physical labor

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
